All orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may slightly extend, but we'll strive to meet estimated delivery deadlines.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Products are delivered and shipped on Spain's business days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 GMT. Any orders placed outside these hours will be shipped on the following business day in Spain. In the case of made to order carpets, once payment is made, we'll process the order within 10 business days. Your product will be crafted within an average of 10 business days. After this time, we'll inform you of the shipping date, with an average delivery to your address 10 days after the shipping date. For armchairs and pet accessories, delivery to the courier will be done on the next business day. It's estimated to be in transit until it reaches your address, an average of 10 business days.
Delivery Delays
In exceptional cases like extreme weather conditions or unexpected logistical issues, delivery delays may occur. If you experience a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We'll communicate any substantial shipping delays to the customer.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the shipping information, but please note that changes may be limited once the order has been dispatched.
